BOOKING POLICY
BOOKING & PAYMENT
50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time.
The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the session or in cash at the session start.
Payments can be made via credit/debit card, Zelle, or Cash App.
Your session is not officially booked until the deposit is received.
SESSION GUIDELINES
Outfits & Preparation: Clients should arrive dressed and ready unless otherwise discussed. Additional outfit changes must be pre-arranged.
Guests: Two (2) guest is allowed at sessions unless otherwise approved. Additional guests may distract from the session flow.
Studio Sessions: If booking a studio, clients must follow studio rules and rental time limits. Additional studio time may require extra fees.
WEATHER & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
Outdoor Sessions: In case of bad weather, clients may reschedule within 48 hours at no extra charge.
Photographer Emergencies: If the photographer is unable to shoot due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be fully refunded or rescheduled.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no additional cost with at least 48 hours' notice.
Last-Minute Rescheduling: Changes made within 24 hours of the session will require a $50 rescheduling fee.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session within 90 days.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up within 20 minutes of your scheduled time without notice, your session is automatically canceled, and payment is forfeited.

EDITING & DELIVERY
Standard editing turnaround time is 7-10 business days.
Expedited editing (48-72 hours) is available for $75 rush fee.
Retouching includes blemish removal, skin smoothing, lighting adjustments, and color correction. Major edits (body reshaping, extensive background edits) may be subject to an additional fee.
Photos are delivered via an online gallery for selection and final download.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Extra Edited Images: $20 per image
Additional Outfit Change: $40 per change
Extended Session Time: $75 per 30 minutes
Location Permit Fees: Some locations require permits; clients are responsible for these costs.
LATE ARRIVALS
Clients are given a 15-minute grace period. After this, a $25 late fee applies.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, the session may be shortened or canceled without refund, at the photographer’s discretion.
